The county’s decision to start litigation to recoup $124,000 due to a breach of contract with a FEMA/ TEMA Hazard Mitigation grant is moving forward, according to Warren County Executive John Pelham.“As with a lot of things like this, it is a slow process,” Pelham said of the legal action. “They are still moving forward. Every time I call to discuss something, to see where the process stands, it is included in a monthly bill.”
