The city of McMinnville verses Mark Latka is expected to be heard in city court Jan. 23. That’s the latest when it comes to the ongoing saga that began more than three months ago.“I have been trying to get confirmation on a court date,” said McMinnville Planning and Zoning manager Josh Baker. “It could possibly be Jan. 23.”The legal situation rests in the hands of city attorney Tim Pirtle, who says setting a date is difficult given the residence of the defendant.“The court date has been pre-set for Jan. 23,” said Pirtle.
