The local Kawanis Club has received a visit from the organization’s governor.The visit was at Christ United Methodist Church, where the church ladies held the annual governor's visit and banquet of District One of the Kentucky-Tennessee Division. The local Kiwanis Club was in charge of the banquet and arrangements were made by Paul Bernhardt, club secretary.The Governor, Roger Blair of Lexington, Ky., was welcomed by 2013-2014 Lieutenant Governor, Stan St. Clair, who held a district council meeting. St. Clair is a member of the local club.
