Kitties need love too. That’s the message Kastaway Kitties Cat Rescue volunteer Sandra Petzoldt wants to deliver this year, which is why she is setting up an Angel Kitty tree inside Three Star Mall.The tree will be located near J’s Restaurant and the old Bookland store. It will have photos of cats as ornaments on the tree.
