Judge Stanley sentences three people on narcotics charges

Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley against three people on narcotics charges, ranging from manufacture of meth to illegally using TennCare benefits.Included in drug sentencing:• Rikki Holland was given a five-year sentence but will be admitted into the 18-month drug court program for delivery of drugs. A $2,000 drug fine was also assessed.• David Kirby was directed to serve 180 days of a six-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of drugs.• Becky Prater was directed to serve 110 days of a three-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for delivery of drugs. She must also close her TennCare case.Correction• In a recent docket it was reported Anthony Freeze was indicted for DUI. The correct name is Anthony Fresso.
