Six people were issued sentences for drug trafficking and drug possession by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley. Included in narcotics sentencing:
• Chad Everett Bouldin was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 50 hours public service work for initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Ricky Joe Brown was instructed to serve 120 days of a four-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth.
• Terry Lee King was instructed to serve 150 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for delivery of Buprendophine and delivery of meth.
• Barnabe Torres was ordered to serve 60 days of a three-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for attempt to deliver cocaine.
• Justin Lillard was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture of a counterfeit substance with intent to sell.
• Jimmy Carl Russell was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $500 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.
• Connie Vogel was granted a two-year probationary sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs and perform 20 hours public service work for promoting the manufacture of meth.
