Judge Stanley issues sentences

Sentences were handed down last week by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley in cases ranging from burglary and forgery, to vandalism and theft. Included in court action:• Brandon Locke was ordered to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence for aggravated burglary.• Shauna Nicole Mason was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 32 hours public service work, and pay $400 plus costs for reckless endangerment with a vehicle and DUI.• Gary Michael Minton was ordered to serve 30 days of a two-year sentence and pay $250 plus costs for passing a forged instrument and theft.• Franny Elaine Ordonez was given a three-year probationary sentence and must make restitution for theft.• Lorin Rush Reedy was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 100 hours public service work for contributing to the unruly behavior of a minor.• Johnathon Roberts was instructed to serve two days of a two-year sentence and must pay $450 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work, lose his driver license for one year and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for DUI, and reckless endangerment with a vehicle.• John Wesley Rader was issued an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must perform 30 hours public service work and make $150 restitution for vandalism.• Michael Woodlee was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform eight hours public service work for theft of services.• Michael Wayne Brock Jr., was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $150 plus court costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law.• Steven D. Hankins must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
