Judge Stanley hands down sentences

Sentences have been handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for crimes ranging from assault to violation of probation. Included in court action:• Kevin Lee Fralix was ordered to serve 60 days of a three-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work, and lose his weapon for unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.• Johnathan Casey Smith was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and attend anger management for domestic assault.• Johnny Hershell Fults was directed to serve 10 days of a two-year sentence and must have a mental evaluation for filing a false report.• Anthony Curtis was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $750 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.• Michael Shawn Adcock must serve 48 hours for driving without a license.• Marcus Boren had his probation extended by one year for violating his probation on his prior convictions of burglary and passing a worthless check.• Gregory Goines must serve 45 days and have his probation extended for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of DUI.
