Judge Ross hears 37-person court docket

A 37-person arraignment docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Derwin Hardin was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $771 and lose his driver license for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Timothy Scott was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Bersain Hernandez was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,281, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Eric Ridge was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,261, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school, and lose his driver license for DUI.• Darrell Evans was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Brittany Goralski was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose her driver license for one year for driving without a license, two counts.• William Pendergraph was ordered to serve four days of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.• Brittney Lott must serve 48 hours and pay $272 for driving without a license.• Luis Ayala, Kristina Vaughn and Brandon Martin must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Jeffrey Stephens must pay $162 for driving without a license and not wearing a seatbelt.• Carlos Zarazue must pay $172 for driving without a license.• Leticia Contreras must pay $350 for driving without a license and speeding.• Carlotta Bolin was directed to serve 30 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Carolyn Phillips must serve 24 hours for violation of probation.
