Sentences were handed down Tuesday by General Sessions Judge Larry Ross. Included in court action:• Samantha Davenport was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Christopher Wheatley was directed to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and must stay away from the victim for domestic assault and violating an order of protection.• Archie Maye was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.• Lorin Reedy was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution for assault.• Fred W. Ware Jr., was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection.• Andrew Stewart was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft, forgery and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Charles G. Blanton was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft and violation of probation.• Jason Milburn was given a six-month probationary sentence for theft.• Brandon L. Lankford was directed to serve five days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Randi Radekin was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for failure to appear in court and violation of probation.• Clifton Hennessee must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Jerome Mashburn must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Harvey Adkins must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Sherry Malone must serve five days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Gary Tate must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• George Wade must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
