Judge Ross hands down sentences

Sentences were handed down last Tuesday in General Sessions Court by Judge Larry Ross. Included in court action:• Gregorio Vanloo was instructed to serve 46 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make restitution for theft and violation of probation.• Trevin G. Wannamaker was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work for theft.• Ryan M. Hurline must serve 14 days and make restitution for joyriding.• Christopher Lorance was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drugs for resale.• Chadwick D. Shepard was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work for theft.• Christopher L. Cripps was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of a legend drug, simple possession and public intoxication.• Lucas Crawford was granted a six-month judicial diversion for theft.• Laura Dennis must serve seven days for failure to appear in court. She was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession.• Candice Clark must perform 16 hours public service work for disorderly conduct.• Zackary Patton was directed to serve 25 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for underage consumption and violation of probation.• Chad Barrett must serve five days for violation of probation.• Jacee Marsh must serve 10 days for failure to report to jail.• Christopher Biles must serve 10 days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jeremy A. Campbell must serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Jack T. Chisam must serve 30 days for violation of probation.
