Sign, sealed, delivered and over. The proposed agreement between the city of McMinnville and Warren County government has been accepted by the judge presiding over the case. Both governments voted last week to enter into a new 25-year agreement that would allow the city to regain 4 percent of its local option sales tax in question each year. Compounded annually, the city would regain 100 percent by the end of the contract. However, the judge presiding over the case had to sign the agreement and file it with the court.
