SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — One person has died after a private helicopter crashed on a beach along Puerto Rico's north coast. Police said the accident occurred Saturday afternoon in the town of Rio Grande just east of the capital of San Juan. Authorities identified the victim as 53-year-old Carlos Virelles Jimenez.
