Hope is on the way as the Hope Center of Warren County is being established as a place to provide assistance for those who seek to live a better, more productive life. The center is located at 124 Hobson Street.Bridges of Hope pastor and Hope Center board chairman DeWayne Howard says, “The whole idea of this center is for us, as a community, to stop putting Band-Aids on our problems and start going to the root. For instance, people come asking for food and sure, that is a legitimate need, but if they come back two or three times in a row, maybe there is a deeper issue there.
