Veterans Day in Warren County will be observed today with numerous ceremonies throughout the community. Schools, the VFW, and St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church are among the places where those who served their country will be honored.Local schools will have events this morning, while VFW Ladies Auxiliary will be holding a ceremony in honor of their members at 11 a.m. At St. Matthew’s, the fifth annual Veterans Day Concert begins at 6 p.m. and is the combined choirs of Clark United Methodist Church and St. Matthew’s. Bill Stewart, USMC (retired), will be providing a brief message and all veterans will be honored.“There will be a combination of patriotic and spiritual music,” said Steve Grove, St. Matthew’s choir director.
