Artist a 40-year craft fair mainstay

It won't be long before Rudolph and Santa begin making their rounds. Before the big day gets here, 4-year-old Gracey Jane Brown has fun posing by a Christmas decoration at the craft fair.
Local artisan Darlene Cooley-Williams has seen it all when it comes to the Warren County Arts and Crafts Fair. Having been a vendor 40 of the event’s 45 years, she is one of the earliest people to exhibit her work at the craft fair.Says Cooley-Williams, “I’ve seen it grow, shrink back, and grow again. I’ve seen people come and go over the years.”Although now sponsored by Homeland Community Bank, the fair was originally started by City Bank and Trust.
