McMinnville Water Department’s new water and sewer rates have passed on second and final read. Customers will see the new rates take effect with their first water bill in January. Customers inside the city limits will see a 19 percent increase and those outside the city limits will see a 30 percent increase.City officials voted 6-1 in favor of the increase.
