A Woodbury man has been sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary for leading lawmen on a high-speed chase last fall. The man, Jamie Roller, 36, entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of evading arrest and driving on a suspended license. He was directed to serve three years along with time he was already serving for violation of probation.Roller is charged with fleeing from deputies last September in a 1995 Chevy Blazer. Deputy Billy Joe Crouch said he tried to pull over the vehicle because its license tag was covered in mud and was unreadable, plus the back window and right rear side window had been broken out. When the deputy tried to stop the vehicle, the driver accelerated and turned onto West Green Hill Road from Nashville Highway.
