A man faces multiple charges after he led police on a high-speed chase through the North Hills subdivision.“During the pursuit, he reached speeds of 80 mph through a residential zone,” said sheriff’s deputy Jared Jacobs of suspect Jimmy Carl Russell, 34.Russell is charged with evading arrest, speeding, reckless endangerment, running a stop sign, driving on a suspended license and three counts of violation of probation. He will appear before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke later this month for a hearing.The incident that led to the chase happened when the deputy was dispatched to Circle Hill Drive on a disturbance call. When he arrived, several people scattered.
