Harley C. Northcutt, 86, of McMinnville died Tuesday, July 12 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Feb. 15, 1925, in Grundy County and was a retired employee of Carrier, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ. Mr. Northcutt was preceded in death by his parents Dee and Mabel Smartt Northcutt, his first wife Betty M. Northcutt, second wife Martha Iona Northcutt, a sister Bertha Agnes Northcutt, and brothers Herbert Ross (Frosty) Northcutt, Everett Royce Northcutt, and O. H. Northcutt.Survivors include his wife, Barbara Turner Northcutt; a sister, Evelyn Northcutt; stepchildren, Harvey J. Koons, Ruthann Jenkinson, Terrie Neil (Sallie) Turner, Belinda Jean (Mike) York, Sharla Jan (Mike) Hutchins, and Philip Reece (Tamy) Turner, step-grandchildren Amy (Michael) Vadakin, Joseph (Denise) Jinkinson, Sean (Kimberly) Jenkinson, Chantell Koons, April McGee, Bobby Koons, Tavia (Chris) Jenson, Callie Ann (Dylan) Stephens, Cassie Hutchins, Ethan Turner, and Karagan Turner, step great-grandchildren Megan, Brittany, Austin, Haley, Hannah, and Brady Jinkinson, Madison and Zoey Vadakin, Caleb and Andrew Willeby, Cody McGee, Tyler McClure, David Koons, Taylor and Allison Jenson, and Sophi Stephens.
