Indictments were handed down by the Warren County grand jury against several including eight inmates accused of staging a riot inside Warren County Jail.Indictments charging rioting were rendered against Ronald Kloosterman, Michael Newby, Marty Cooper Jr., John Simons, Arlin Pinkard Jr., Joshua Neal, Norval Judkins, and Ethan Price.They are accused of ignoring orders by jail guards to cease their noise and vandalism of the jail. The inmates allegedly continued their disobedience for over two hours until the riot was brought under control.In other grand jury action:• Edward Fults was indicted on charges of escape and vandalism.• Bernard L. Hope was indicted on the charge of violation of the sex offender registry.• Candy Redmon was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary and possession of drugs.• Thomas Santiago was indicted on the charge of theft.• Callie Smith was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary, felony theft and vandalism.• Angela Womack was indicted on charges of introduction of drugs into the jail and possession of drugs.• David W. Brown was indicted on the charge of DUI.• John Burks was indicted on the charge of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.• James Whitworth was indicted on two counts of passing a worthless check.• Lynette R. Neal was indicted on charges of possession of drugs and DUI.• Misty Martin was indicted on the charge of shoplifting.• Jeffery Odman was indicted on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Ethan West was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Dewayne Wilder was indicted on the charge of seventh-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jacob Simpson was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Danice Knox and Ayla and Jean Keller were given no true bills meaning they were not indicted on their various charges.
