Indictments were handed down recently by the March session of the Warren County grand jury.Included in the indictments:Heather Fralix was indicted on charges of aggravated assault and evading arrest. She is charged for allegedly trying to run over officers while trying to get away near Warren County High School when she was stopped because she had a wanted fugitive in her car.Mark Jones and Cody Anderson were indicted on charges of grand theft, evading arrest and driving without a license.Sherry Lance was indicted on charges of introduction of drugs into the county jail and possession of drug paraphernalia.Kendra Lawson was indicted on the charge of manufacture of meth.Jerry Lee Jr., was indicted on charges of possession of meth while driving, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.Gary Tate Jr., and Cory Biles were indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.Krystal Merriman was indicted on charges of manufacture, sale and delivery of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Dakota Taylor was indicted on charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of meth for resale, and driving on a suspended license.Tracy Schunke was indicted on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.Kenneth Burrus was indicted on the charge of violation of the sex offender registry.Glenna Lorance was indicted on charges of forgery and theft.Michael Cody Mills was indicted on the charge of grand theft and burglary.Stacy Walker was indicted on the charge of grand theft.Patricia Fulcher was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Juan Garcia was indicted on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.
