A man who threatened his sister with an ax was among those indicted recently by the Warren County grand jury.The suspect, John Austin Graham Curtis, 20, was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault after he allegedly threatened to hurt her after an argument.“He had left a note making a threat to hurt her,” said McMinnville police officer Marty Cantrell in his warrant against Curtis.After getting the note, the victim said her brother came to an apartment where she was, hiding something behind his back.“He pulled out a small ax and made threats to her,” Cantrell said.The crime he was indicted on is a felony and carries three to six years in prison.In other grand jury indictments:• Ashley Arnold and William Delong were indicted on charges of possession of drugs for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, grand theft, interception of radio frequency, driving on a suspended license and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.• Shana Bogle, Jonathan Scott, Charm Sullivan and Joshua Goff were indicted on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, introduction of drugs into the county jail and fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Jason and Susan Hobbs were indicted on charges of possession of drugs with intent to manufacture meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, and possession of a legend drug.• Chad Rogers was indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Melodie R. Stusse was indicted on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jason Griffith was indicted on the charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.• Corey Hill was indicted on the charge of domestic assault.• Michael Dinovo was indicted on charges of reckless endangerment with a weapon.• Billy C.
