Indictments were handed down by the January session of the Warren County grand jury against offenders ranging from unlicensed driving to felony assault. Included in indictments:• Jamichael Mark was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of drugs.• Mack Mullican Jr., and Daniel Pendergraph were indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Ashley Martin was indicted on charges of possession of drugs for resale, possession of a weapon, driving on a suspended license and running a red light.• Kevin Stotts was indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Roger Hosse II was indicted on the charge of manufacture of meth.• Jonathan Nichols IV was indicted on charges of evading arrest, theft, driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana.• Jesse Norwood was indicted on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm during a felony.• Scott Turner was indicted on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license and improper display of tags.• Kendrick Lockett was indicted on the charge of domestic assault.• Cindy Swann was indicted on the charge of assault.• Lonnie Lovvorn was indicted on the charge of possession of a weapon.• James Bennett was indicted on the charge of shoplifting.• Richard Cathey Jr., was indicted on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Thomas Glimps was indicted on charges of seventh-offense DUI, violation of habitual traffic offender status, and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jerry McCormick was indicted on charges of DUI, carrying a weapon by a felon and possession of a weapon.• John Griffin was indicted on the charge of DUI.• Richard D. Lee was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.
