A couple who carjacked a good Samaritan who stopped to pick them up out of the rain were among those indicted by the August session of the Warren County grand jury.Amber Moser and her husband Tyson Moser were indicted on charges of robbery, carjacking, assault and shoplifting. Police say they accepted a ride from a woman and then tried to take her car. They fled with the woman’s purse and were caught a short time later.
