Indictments were issued this past week by the Warren County grand jury for crimes ranging from meth-making to drunk driving. Included in indictments issued by the February term of the grand jury:• Michael W. Scott was indicted on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of drugs and possession of a weapon by a felon during the commission of a felony.• Rickie Cummings was indicted on charges of domestic assault and simple possession of drugs.• Rebecca King and Jeremiah King were indicted on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Dustin C. Bates was indicted on charges of theft and burglary.• Rochelle Briest was indicted on charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, driving on a suspended license, theft and aggravated burglary.• Randal Boehm Jr., was indicted on charges of theft and aggravated burglary.• Marty Cooper was indicted on the charge of vandalism to county property.• Kevin Carr was indicted on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Jeovani Caranco was indicted on charges of third-offense DUI, driving on a suspended license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Kyle Estes was indicted on the charge of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• James Nichols was indicted on the charge of DUI.• James Morris was indicted on the charge of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Steve Ledbetter was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Bryan Jones was indicted on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Carolyn D. Lee was indicted on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license, criminal impersonation and violation of child restraint.• Gerald L. Crouch was given a no-true bill, meaning he was not indicted, on the charge of possession of drugs.
