The start of school brings new hours of operation at Gilley Pool. With 21 of the 22 lifeguards being either high school or college students, the pool will be closed during the week after today.Wellness and Aquatics manager Justin Scott said, “We had six high school students, 13 college students and three who just graduated high school about to enter college who were all lifeguards. Also, of the two office workers, one is a college student and one is a teacher’s assistant.
