Third District County Commissioner George Smartt has announced his bid for re-election to the Warren County Commission. Smartt, high school teacher and farmer from the 3rd District, is asking to return to the commission for his seventh term. He presently serves on the Policy and Personnel Committee, the Agriculture and Industrial Development Committee, and the Audit Committee.
