A 23-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Carl A. Brakeall was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make $449 restitution for shoplifting.• Daniel Page was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft over $1,000.• Reva Campbell was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and forgery.• Robert Anthony was directed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $55 restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Jennifer Mabe was bound to the grand jury on the charge of criminal impersonation.• Thomas Argo was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Jordan Underwood was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, ordered to pay $75 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for theft.• Joseph Perrigan must pay $50 plus costs and stay out of Walmart for criminal trespass.• Joshua Bates must serve 14 days and had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Reko Powell must serve 10 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
