A 22-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court.Included in trial court action:-Tiffany D. Sanders was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 25 hours public service work and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for falsification of a drug test and violation of probation.-Jerry Tate was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence and enter the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.-Danny Orr was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.-Kasey Estes was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and violation of probation.-Amy Yates was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.-David Puckett was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for aggravated criminal trespass.-Elisha Jenkins was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and initiating the process to manufacture meth.-James L. Bailey was bound to the grand jury on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of drugs and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.-James P. Bailey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.-Annette West must serve 30 days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.Special Judge Bratten Cook ordered Heather Grissom to make $900 restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for leaving the scene of an accident.
