A 24-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Robert A. Hutchins was bound to the grand jury on six counts of grand theft, four counts of burglary, and single counts of aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism.• Jeffery Grissom was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $750 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.• John T. Mason was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for joyriding and driving without a license.• Angela Pitts was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for illegal possession of fraudulent debit cards.• Danny Arnold was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth, trespassing on quarantined property, and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Rickey L. Cantrell Sr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of meth and possession of marijuana.• Luke D. Hill was indicted on two counts of theft of property.• Jonathan Barnes was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Christopher McCall was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Tyson Scott must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Lois Smith must serve 48 hours and have her probation extended by a half year for violation of probation.
