A 23-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Robert Wilkes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $10,000.• Janet Delozer was bound to the grand jury on the charge of assault.• Anthony Fresso was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and criminal trespass.• Hector Labrada was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana and violation of probation.• Courtney M. Seibers was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Tracy Crawford was given an 11-29 sentence and released on time served for aggravated criminal trespass.• Ashley Cantrell must serve 15 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Vickie Merriman must serve 60 days for violation of probation. She was also ordered to seek treatment for shoplifting.• Samantha Stahl must serve 100 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• James Summers must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
