A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Rhonda Murphy was ordered to serve 90 days, pay $50 plus costs, perform 30 hours public service work and have her probation extended by six months for failure to keep her child in school and violation of probation.• Stanley Brooks was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, attend batterer intervention and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for domestic assault and public intoxication.• Travis Hawkins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.• Shannon N. Evans was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must stay out of Dollar General for shoplifting.• Karen Roberts was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must make $3 restitution and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and violation of probation.• Helen Lawson was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Kroger for shoplifting.• Jamie E. Harper was bound to the grand jury on the charge of introduction of contraband into the county jail.• Rickie Cummings was bound to the grand jury on charges of domestic assault, violation of child restraint and driving on a revoked license.• Walter Chapman must serve seven days and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jared L. Underwood was placed on probation for an 11-29 period and must make $296 restitution and perform 16 hours public service work for vandalism.• Travis Bouldin must serve 200 days for violation of probation.• Kyle Estes must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Dustin France was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating his judicial diversion.• Nikita Clark was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation.• Tina Ripley must serve 85 days for violation of probation.• Amanda Hicks must serve six months and have her probation extended until she pays her fines for violation of probation.
