A man who allegedly threatened to kill three people, including a toddler, has been bound to the grand jury on felony assault charges.The suspect, David Glenn Boyd, 29, was bound to the grand jury by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke on three counts of aggravated assault.He is accused of choking his girlfriend during a domestic dispute and then brandishing a revolver, firing it into the air while threatening to kill his girlfriend’s daughter and granddaughter.In other General Sessions Trial Court action:• Mario Catrena was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.• Justin R. Redmore was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $430 restitution, and perform 25 hours public service work for theft.• Justin M. Bouldin and Jarrod A. Herron were bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and theft over $1,000.• Christopher T. Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of criminal trespass.• Billy E. Biles was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Tina G. Farless must serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation.• Keri E. Crawford was instructed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work for violation of probation.• Charles A. Crawford must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Josh E. Miller must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Jamie McClure must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.
