A 55-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Roy Frazier was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $508 and lose his driver license for fourth-offense driving on a suspended license and without insurance.• Lionel Garcia was directed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $511 and lose his driver license for second-offense driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.• Marcelo Lopez was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,397, perform 24 hours public service work, lose his driver license and attend DUI school for DUI and criminal impersonation. • John Duke and Shirley McDonald were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $1,115, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Alfredo Corona was given a six-month sentence but was released on time served and must pay $436 for driving without a license and criminal impersonation.• Kellie Dewey was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $468 and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license and without insurance.• William Bradley must pay $204 for driving without a license or insurance.• Juan Macias Jr., must serve 48 hours and pay $234 for driving without a license.• Heather Davis, William Miller, Barbara Hopkins, Donald Burgess and Arvel Terry must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Richard Anderson was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $511 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license and failure to appear in court.Clarification• Brandy Turner, who works with Amedisys Hospice and is a member of Westside Baptist Church, is not the Brandy Turner convicted for driving on a suspended license.
