General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Lori Angela Partin was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for assault.• Dana O’dineal was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work, make $30 restitution, and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jammie Brock was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work, make $89 restitution, and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Michael W. Brock Jr., was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, make $149 restitution and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Misty Hernadez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must stay away from the victim for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Raymond Farless must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Aubrey M. Turner had probation extended for violation of probation.• Anthony Welch must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
