General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 24-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Lori Angela Partin was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for assault.
• Dana O’dineal was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work, make $30 restitution, and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Jammie Brock was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work, make $89 restitution, and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Michael W. Brock Jr., was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 25 hours public service work, make $149 restitution and must stay out of Walmart for theft.
• Misty Hernadez was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must stay away from the victim for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
• Raymond Farless must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Aubrey M. Turner had probation extended for violation of probation.
• Anthony Welch must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
