General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 32-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court.Included in the morning session:-Anthony Mullican was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $143 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.-Bethany Ross was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work and must attend anger management classes for domestic assault.-Bradley Herriott was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work and attend anger management for domestic assault.-Jared Hendrixson was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, make $35 restitution and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.-Isaac Oldfield was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for theft.-Jason Petre was issued an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must perform 24 hours public service work for possession of a weapon.-Brent Boyd must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.-Johnathan Burke had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.-Aaron Fann must serve seven days for violation of his judicial diversion.-Donnie Jaco must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.-Brandon E. Locke must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. -Toni Lloyd must serve five days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.-Richard Standridge must serve five days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
