A 26-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Josh Johnson was ordered to serve 60 days and pay $50 plus costs for violation of probation and fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jonathan Ramos was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Bridget Bates was issued an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Ignacio Gallardo was given an 11-29 sentence, but released on time served and must attend anger management and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for domestic assault.• John S. Haycox was ordered to serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Marcus Johnson must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Justin Nunley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Scotty Hendrixson was instructed to serve 120 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Holly Richardson had her probation extended by three months and must perform 24 hours public service work for violation of probation.
