A 44-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Stefan R. Ward was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Jesse Foley must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Joshua Buterbaugh must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Joshua Griffith must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Kenneth Hathcock must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Chad Meeks must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Randy Ross must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Tyler Shannon must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Jordan Underwood was directed to serve five days for violation of probation.• Joshua Roark must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Lucas Campbell must serve 10 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Tyler Edwards must serve six months and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
