General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 31-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Chad C. Meeks was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, attend batterer intervention and undergo a mental health assessment for domestic assault.• Regina Smith was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must undergo a mental health and alcohol and drug assessment for domestic assault and vandalism.• Kevin G. Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Allison D. Paine was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $150 plus costs and remain under house arrest until she gets into rehab for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Monica Harris was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service and stay out of Ashley’s Attic for shoplifting.• Jakob Farless was ordered to serve two days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Gaspart Sebastian was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Robin C. Morton must serve 30 days for public intoxication and serve the balance of probation for violation of probation.• Anthony Mullican must serve five days for violation of probation.• Joseph Tucker must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.ClarificationJared Slade Foster, who works at Homeland Community Bank, is not the same person charged with leaving an accident with injury.
