A 27-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court.• Curtis Kennerly was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $29 restitution, perform 24 hours public service work, and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and criminal trespass.• Brenda Presley was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $492 for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Mark Mabeus was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $34 restitution and perform 24 hours public service work for theft.• Kenneth Melendez was instructed to serve seven days and pay $495 for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Walter Chapman must serve five days for contempt of court.• Thurman Crisp must serve five days for violation of probation.• Robert Nichols must serve the balance of his sentence plus 10 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
