A 34-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Misty Murphy was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $260 plus costs for possession of marijuana and public intoxication.• Trey Cole was given an 11-29 sentence, but released on time served for domestic assault. He must attended the battered intervention program and perform 16 hours public service work.• Miguel Martinez was issued an 11-29 sentence, but released on time served for domestic assault.
