A 43-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Tamara Pleasant was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, make $600 restitution to the victims and had her judicial diversion set aside for vandalism and violation of probation.• Mark Bowdoin was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend conflict management class for domestic assault.• Linda Griffith was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend conflict management class for domestic assault.• Amber J. Smith was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Christopher Thrower must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.• Kevin Wheeler must pay $50 plus costs for missing National Guard movements.• David Savage was directed to serve seven days and have his probation extended by six months for public intoxication and violation of probation.• Darrell Collier must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Nathan Forsyth was instructed to serve 10 days and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Keyvin Glass must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Caitlin Wilson must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Donta Weir must perform 25 hours public service work and attend Clean and Sober classes for violation of probation.• Robert Seymore must serve 20 days for violation of probation.
