A 34-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court.Included in the morning session:• Franklin Smith was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend conflict management for domestic assault.• Terry J. Stringer was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $39 restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Danette Paulic was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Christopher Maynard, Crystal Whitney and Tyler Ramsey were fined $50 plus costs for possessing alcohol in a state park.• Whitney Brown must serve 30 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation and violation of probation.• Jonathan Eldridge had his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jennifer Pursley must serve two days for failure to appear in court.• Michael Goodson must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Christopher Hillis was directed to serve 10 days for violation of probation.• David Maddux must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Jessica Weaver must serve five days for violation of probation.
