General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Jean-Luc Keller was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting, simple possession of marijuana and driving on a revoked license third-offense. His year-long sentence is to be served in addition to time he owes for violation of probation. He also had 30 more days added to his overall sentence for failure to appear in court.
• Misty Fults was ordered to serve 60 days in jail for criminal impersonation in addition to time she owes for violation of probation.
• Susan Haston was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated criminal trespass.
• John Robert Lowe was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for simple possession of marijuana.
• Jonathan Kent Curtis was bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated criminal trespass.
• Jose De Jesus Martinez must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Stephanie Casey must serve three days for failure to report to jail.
• Teresa Mayo must serve the balance of her former sentence for violation of probation. She was given an additional 15 days for failure to appear in court.
• Jared Hendrixson must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• William Jackson must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
• Colby Duggin must serve two days, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for violation of probation.
• Misty Pickett was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation.
• Wanda Stillwell must serve four days for violation of probation.
