A 46-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Curtis Pridemore was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Kathryn Davenport was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.• Sandra Fisher was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $75 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.• Sarah Frank was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.• Shawn Soales must pay $50 plus costs and lose his weapon and hunting license for one year for hunting in closed season.• Nathan Hale must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jamie Clemons must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Tracy Crawford had probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Brandon Kester must serve 48 hours for violation of probation,• Alana Gentry must serve 30 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Phillip Potter must serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Calvin Murphy must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Eric Martin was ordered to serve five days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation• John Miller was directed to serve 120 days of a six-month sentence for violation of probation.• Alexi Resendiz had probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
