A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Melinda Murphy was directed to serve 60 days of two 11-month, 29-day sentences and must perform 50 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for theft and forgery.• Travis Lee Moore was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for evading arrest and failure to appear.• Joseph Mullican was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $321 for assault.• Lusila Lavenant was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management for domestic assault.• Cody Baker was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for theft.• Shana Smiley and Steven Smiley were bound to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, manufacturing a controlled substance, simple possession of drugs and initiating the process to manufacture meth. Mr. Smiley faces additional charges of possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.• Latricia Brady and Steffen Brady were bound to the grand jury on charges of intent to sell drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Tammy Crusinberry was bound to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, intent to sell drugs and simple possession of drugs.• Jessie Parker was given a six-month sentence to serve for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Joshua Buterbaugh was bound to the grand jury on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.• Matthew Cantrell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Adam Elrod must serve 60 days for violation of probation.• Mark L. Jones must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Helen Lawson was ordered to serve four months and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• William McGee must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by a half year for violation of probation.• Konrod Reichman must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
