A 33-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:
• Melinda Murphy was directed to serve 60 days of two 11-month, 29-day sentences and must perform 50 hours public service work and pay $75 plus costs for theft and forgery.
• Travis Lee Moore was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for evading arrest and failure to appear.
• Joseph Mullican was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $321 for assault.
• Lusila Lavenant was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management for domestic assault.
• Cody Baker was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for theft.
• Shana Smiley and Steven Smiley were bound to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, manufacturing a controlled substance, simple possession of drugs and initiating the process to manufacture meth. Mr. Smiley faces additional charges of possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.
• Latricia Brady and Steffen Brady were bound to the grand jury on charges of intent to sell drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tammy Crusinberry was bound to the grand jury on charges of tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, intent to sell drugs and simple possession of drugs.
• Jessie Parker was given a six-month sentence to serve for theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Joshua Buterbaugh was bound to the grand jury on the charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
• Matthew Cantrell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Adam Elrod must serve 60 days for violation of probation.
• Mark L. Jones must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Helen Lawson was ordered to serve four months and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
• William McGee must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by a half year for violation of probation.
• Konrod Reichman must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
