A 31-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Charles E. Kounetis was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.• John T. Cutrell must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Steven Goodpasture must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Joseph Myers must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.• Daniel Mason must perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Brenda Presley must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Mary Beth Beard must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Jessica Weismore was ordered to serve 30 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Dustin Roberts was instructed to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
