A 31-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Charles E. Kounetis was granted an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.
• John T. Cutrell must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Steven Goodpasture must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.
• Joseph Myers must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol.
• Daniel Mason must perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
• Brenda Presley must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Mary Beth Beard must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
• Jessica Weismore was ordered to serve 30 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Dustin Roberts was instructed to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
