A 55-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Charles Paul Hale was ordered to serve six months in jail and pay $750 plus costs for possession of meth.
• Scott Miller was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $250 plus costs, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana and violation of probation.
• Royce Marsh was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
• Joshua Russell was bound to the grand jury for possession drugs in a penal institution.
• Rita Brock was ordered to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.
• Donnie Allen Jr., was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution, perform 24 hours public service work, and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Joshua Dearinger was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, make $4 restitution and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Ronald Tresler was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work for theft.
• John Card was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion. He must make restitution and perform 25 hours public service work for theft.
• Zackary Patton was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault.
• Nathanial Cook was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 80 hours public service work for aggravated criminal trespass.
• Michael Schauman must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Brison Price must serve two days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
• Cody Smith was ordered to serve 10 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
• Jeffery Byrge was directed to serve 90 days and have his probation extended by one year and he must enter the batterer intervention program for violation of probation.
• Shane McCoy was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and was warned to stay out of Walmart for violation of probation, third-offense driving on a revoked license, and theft.
