A 47-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court.Included in court action:- Anthony Atnip was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend batterer intervention for domestic assault.- Tracy Brackley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must attend batterer intervention for reckless endangerment.- John C. Elrod was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary, grand theft and criminal attempt to commit theft.- Tracey McCurrey was bound to the grand jury on two counts of grand theft.- Jason Milburn was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery. He must serve 90 days for violation of probation.- Kelsie Griffin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hour public service work and make restitution for theft and criminal trespassing.- Anna Smith was handed an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 24 hours public service work, make $37 restitution and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.- Tiffany Schott was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $497 restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.- Mark Howell was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $89 restitution for passing a worthless check for $49.- William McGee was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.- Clifford Ferrell was fined $10 plus costs for public intoxication.- Matthew Edward must serve two days for violation of probation.- Clara Garrett had her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.- Barry Coppinger must serve two days and have his probation extended by six months for violation probation.- Chadwick Killian must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.- Devin Moore must serve two days for violation of probation.
